THE OPPORTUNITY
Telesales Account Manager
Primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients, the roles involve building long term, productive relationships with new and existing clients, with the goal of being valued by the customer as a marketing advisor.
As the point of contact for clients, coordinate the resources needed to service projects, from briefing marketing, designers and copywriters, to managing budgets and building strategic operational plans. A key focus will be to balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work, successfully developing business accounts both creatively and financially.
Ensure the solutions our existing customers are taking from us are providing the maximum return on their investment with an aim to retain and develop accounts.
