The Audition Day was brilliant… a phenomenal turnout of candidates, a great experience for our business, our hiring managers and our MD’s… It is a very different approach to our usual process. We wanted our hiring managers to leave any unconscious bias on the doorstep before stepping into the room to assess. There was a diverse background of candidates, which was exactly what we wanted, helping us to recruit the right individuals… We have already booked two further assessment days, one in London and one in New York.
