The Challenge
TP ICAP was looking to hire a future generation of Brokers due to a currently aging population, and typical routes had not proved hugely successful.
As a business they were keen to explore alternative options that could increase diversity into the business, and most importantly create a fair and consistent screening process.
THE SOLUTION
Raw Talent Academy was engaged in 2016 to run our unique process, allowing TP ICAP to achieve the objectives set out.
We tailored our academy recruitment process for their Early Career Programme to ensure that TP ICAP would attract the best talent from the widest pool available. By undertaking a detailed profiling of TP ICAP, Raw Talent Academy were able to identify the ideal candidates and adjusted the screening process so that only candidates with the identified competencies and ability were invited to an Audition Day.
To date we have placed over 70 Trainee Brokers with TP ICAP in London, New York and Singapore with an excellent track record of performance.
